Krabi Phetpailin Hotel

The cozy bed helped after a tiring day, but the room felt damp.

Very clean and large room and bathroom. Cheap enough and only 10min walk to Krabi town. Very friendly staff but no English!!

Everything was good, except for the nasty smell of sewer in the room, especially in the bathroom. Maybe it was because of the flooding in the whole area in this period. We had booked for two nights, but we stayed just one. The lady at the frontdesk was very kind and didnt make any fuss about it.

The entire hotel smells damp and old, not what i expected, and honestly woudl ve been lovely if it didn't feel like a 40-year time hop! I attempted to ask for an upgrade, but apparently my request was too 'special' for them. I almost gave them a good review, but aside from that, it was a real disappointment.

We loved the place. The staff was always smiling and courteous. The rooms were large and clean. Even though we had to take a local bus to Ao Nang frequently, it was no hassle as it passes right in front of the hotel. Would stay here again.

Very nice staff, very clean. Ok location, maybe not excellent (10 minutews walk to shopping centre, but that is ok).

I had a comfy stay. The cozy bed was perfect after a day of adventures. But the room had a musty smell, which was a bit off-putting. I'd stay again for sure!

Very good and clean hotel for little money, nice personal.

Hotel is about twenty minutes by car to get to the beaches - Ao Nang etc. If you do not have a car, it is not easy to get there.

The comfy bed made for a cozy evening after a lovely walk downhill into town. It was great with its convenience and affordability.

The Perfect Base for Exploring

A great base for visiting the many attractions in this beautiful part of the world. I had a wonderful time exploring the town with my friends and family. The staff were so helpful and guided us to all the best attractions and tours in the area. The hotel is easy to find on the main road into Krabi Town, making it convenient for exploring the surrounding areas.

Limited Cable Channels

The room was spacious and clean and we really appreciated the comfortable bed and high-quality linens. the breakfast buffet offered a good variety of options for all tastes, and the coffee was particularly good. the hotel's location, just a short walk from the night market and restaurants, made it very convenient for exploring the area. Another plus was the welcoming and helpful staff, who made us feel at home from the moment we arrived.

For example, the bathroom could have been better stocked with amenities like toilet paper and the water temperature in the shower wasn't consistent.

I loved the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff. The hotel was very near to a halal food restaurant and a convenience store. it was only a short walk away from the popular night market. The room was big and very clean.

Clean and well-equipped rooms: The rooms had excellent facilities, including comfortable beds and fantastic views. Additionally, the rooms were kept clean throughout our stay.

Everything was satisfactory and met our expectations.
